Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Provides quality customer service by engaging with customers and staff.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage per company standards.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service.
• Trains employees and assigns/coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Maintains proper cash handling as per policy and assists with daily/weekly reports.
• Orders food and other supplies from approved sources and manages inventory.
