Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is one of the fastest growing car wash chains with over 300 locations nationwide. As a Team Leader you will assist with the site’s facility and its operations, set the example by exceeding expectations, and help drive the management team.

This role offers competitive pay starting at 14.00 USD per hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth into management as the company expands. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
