Corporate Cleaning Group is hiring part-time evening cleaners in the Grand Rapids area. This office-setting role leads a small team to ensure coverage and quality of daily cleaning tasks.

Location: Near Airport on Patterson, 10 minutes from Kentwood proper. Start time 6PM, Monday–Friday, average shift 3 hours with potential for more hours if someone calls in.

Pay is $17-18 per hour with paid time off after 90 days and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring proper coverage is distributed among the team. The Team Lead position consists of approximately 2.5–3 hours of cleaning duties and 1–1.5 hours dedicated to inspecting and correcting work as needed.
• The Team Lead is responsible for fully inspecting the team’s work and making any necessary corrections before closing and shutting down the building. The Team Lead may not end their shift until the entire account has been cleaned to company standards.
• The Team Lead is also expected to problem‑solve staffing and coverage issues before escalating concerns to management for assistance.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Trash removal
• Dusting
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning glass
• Wiping and disinfecting surfaces
• Restocking paper products and soap dispensers

Location: Near Airport on Patterson, 10 Minutes from Kentwood proper, 13 minutes from Caledonia

Shift Available

• Monday through Friday
• Start time: 6PM
• Average shift length: 3hrs - Possibility for more hours if someone calls in

Pay

$17-18 per hour, with opportunities for advancement after 90 days

Job Duties Include
