Qualifications

• 3+ years as a people leader (hiring, coaching, performance management)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with focus on power/energy systems
• Experience providing advisory services and developing winning proposals
• Proven track record delivering high‑quality consulting projects
• Strong development tools experience (Python) and excellent communication skills

• Manage complex projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timeline, resources, and client satisfaction
• Support the contract lifecycle, including follow‑up on new solutions and services

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Over 3 years of experience as a people leader, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and resource planning
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power or energy systems
• 11+ years (Bachelor’s), 9+ years (Master’s), or 7+ years (PhD) of experience in power system studies or research
• Experience providing advisory services, building customer relationships, and developing winning proposals
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality consulting projects; multi‑disciplinary project experience is an asset
• Strong expertise in power system tools (e.g., PSS®E, PSLF, PSCAD) and development tools such as Python, with excellent communication skills
