Sud Stop Car Wash is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our on-site operations in Riverview, FL. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales performance, and profitability while mentoring a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent hands-on management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit or high-volume management experience (QSR, retail, car wash, or similar).
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and data-driven decision making.
• 2+ years of management experience in related fields such as car wash, retail or hospitality.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate hourly teams.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning tunnel equipment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
