Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG in Graniteville, SC seeks a Team Leader for off-shift supervision of hourly operators and assemblers manufacturing heavy-duty engine components. The role focuses on monitoring gauges, quality and time standards with an emphasis on process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reduce non-value-added work; suggest production improvements.
• Keep management informed of progress, developments, and issues.
