Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG seeks a Material Handler for off shift hours in Aiken, SC. You will prepare and supply materials to assembly lines and move items between storage locations according to the MTU America material flow strategy.

You’ll read standard work instructions, inspect equipment logs, and handle shipping/receiving of materials and finished engines. The role requires 3 years of material handling/warehousing experience, OSHA knowledge, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in material handling and/or warehousing.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and ability to apply them to daily tasks.
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and supply material to assembly lines in accordance with MTU America Material Flow Strategy.
• Move material between storage locations, including shipping & receiving docks.
• Read and interpret standard work instructions and build documents.
• Inspect and maintain equipment logs as required.
• Perform all aspects of shipping & receiving of material and finished goods.
