Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Team Lead/Quality Assurance Associate with healthcare-based customer service experience to train and develop agents. The role focuses on coaching, QA evaluations, and addressing quality issues within a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a Case Manager or Benefits Verification Specialist, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities to liaise with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Case Manager, Benefits Verification Specialist, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of performance metrics, healthcare benefits and claims.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
