Job summary

KNAPP, a global automation solutions provider, seeks a Program Director to lead major customer service programs in the MHE industry. You will supervise cross-functional teams, drive service delivery, manage budgets, and maintain client partnerships while ensuring compliance with KNAPP processes.

The role requires strong leadership, 10+ years of program management experience, and a proven track record in delivering operational excellence within enterprise accounts. Travel up to 50% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years direct experience in project management or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex customer programs.
• Manage program lifecycle from planning to execution and continuous improvement.
• Oversee performance against KPIs, SLAs, and safety standards.
• Own P&L for assigned programs and drive cost control and revenue growth.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers and lead reviews and planning.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Operations for budgets, forecasting and contracts.
