To ensure that guests receive the best service and food each and every time, we need enthusiastic, positive and motivated leaders. Our Service Leads lead our front of house team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. The SM will lead their team with an eye on the food, feel, and flow of the restaurant each shift. It is vital that our Service Leads can coach and inspire teams to deliver and maintain the crisp standard.

Position Overview:

As a Service Lead, you will be in charge of training and development of our FOH teams while maintaining our crisp standards with regards to food safety and quality.
