Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong organization and time management; multitask effectively.
• Ability to plan and meet project deadlines with contingency plans.
• Advanced understanding of production workflows and prioritization.
• Experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee up to 15 operators and all shop orders within the department.
• Maintain service records, and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Ensure documentation and production reporting compliance.
• Ensure quality by monitoring operation, identifying defects and root causes.
• Set work pace using routings and data to ensure targets.
• Review routings before starting work and report issues.
• Report schedule status and manage forecasting to prevent part shortages.
• Keep BoM and Kanban usage updated and finish jobs properly.
• Track hours and prepare contingency plans to control costs.
• Promote team safety and drive improvement initiatives.
• Process change requests from ECOs on SO within cell.
