The Cleaning Squad is seeking a motivated Lead Cleaner in Temecula, CA to guide a two-person or larger team on residential and commercial cleaning projects. You will lead client appointments, ensure high-quality work, mentor teammates, and perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead client cleaning appointments either solo or leading a team.
• Oversee one or more Professional Cleaners at client or job sites.
• Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and detailed cleaning.
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during service visits.
• Maintain accurate job records and report issues or client feedback to management.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are used properly and safely.
• Coach and support the Professional Cleaner assigned to your team.
• Drive company vehicle (if applicable) to and from job sites.
