Job summary

The Maids of San Diego is hiring experienced Cleaning Team Leaders to lead residential and commercial cleaning teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will clean alongside your team, manage daily routes, inspect quality, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will drive a company vehicle, use company-provided cleaning products, and lead a small team with a focus on reliability, leadership, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience.
• Previous team lead, leadership, or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements.
• Comfortable driving company vehicles.
• Reliable transportation to our Sorrento Valley office.
• Available Monday–Friday, 5 days per week, starting at 8:15 AM.
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable.
• Ability to perform hands-on cleaning work throughout the workday.

• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and supplies in clean and working condition.
• Report customer concerns, quality issues, route delays, equipment problems, and team concerns to management.

The Maids of San Diego is hiring experiencedCleaning Team Leadersto lead residential and commercial cleaning teams.

This is ahands-on leadership position. You will clean alongside your team, lead 2–3 cleaning professionals, manage the daily route, inspect quality, and ensure excellent customer service.

We are looking for top performers with strong professional cleaning experience, proven leadership skills, and excellent reliability.

Pay & Schedule

• $22–$25 per hour, based on experience and leadership qualifications
• Monday–Friday, 5 days per week
• Start time: 8:15 AM
• End time varies based on daily routes and business needs

What You'll Do
