Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a valid Pasteurizer and Cheesemaker license.
• Experience in dairy manufacturing is required, typically a minimum of three years.
• Ability to independently anticipate and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Production Associates ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate daily activities and provide real-time direction.
• Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements.
