Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader at our Hampton, VA location. You will help run the facility and operations, lead by example, and support management in delivering fast, friendly car wash service.

Role offers growth within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with competitive pay and weekly commissions. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with benefits after the probationary period.

Qualifications

• Friendliness, reliability and responsibility.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
