Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a Team Leader to help run the site and its operations. You will provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service, assist with opening/closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and prep vehicles for the tunnel.

This role offers growth into management, a fast-paced team environment, and flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable attitude.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
