Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring an enthusiastic Team Leader to help manage the site and operations. This role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with growth potential into management and a clear career path in a rapidly expanding national brand.

Starting pay is 15.00 USD hourly with additional weekly commission opportunities. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, with benefits and ongoing development within the company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape upkeep and pressure washing.
