Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Acworth, GA is looking for a Team Leader to model excellence in customer service and team leadership. This role supports facility operations, assists management, and helps drive our fast-paced car wash environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepping vehicles, guiding customers through the tunnel, and performing basic maintenance along with landscaping tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable team member.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to participate in drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
