Job summary

Munters Corporation in Selma, Texas (on-site) is seeking a Team Leader for the Base/Condensing Assembly line. You will lead a crew building frames, panels, and large sub-assemblies for DCT units, ensuring quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• Lead a Base/Condensing Assembly Team in building frames and foundations and installing large sub-assemblies.
• Coordinate with production schedules, inventories, and BOMs to maintain workflow.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of base/condensing assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Lead starts of shift meetings to communicate schedules and priorities.
• Modify records in MRP system to move materials for current production.
• Assign work per production schedules and resolve sub-assembly issues.
• Monitor material shortages and notify purchasing of urgent needs.
• Inspect units and ensure parts and BOM alignment; escalate discrepancies.
• Train team on equipment operation and required duties.
• Report safety concerns and performance issues to supervision.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and participate in improvement meetings.
