Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a Condensing Assembler for 1st shift in Selma, TX. You will sub-assemble and install condensing units in large HVAC systems, following standard methods and procedures, and determine operation sequence as required.

Responsibilities include working with QMS components, reading drawings, brazing, and testing for leaks. Responsibilities span from assembling sub-assemblies, adjusting parts, and validating weights, to documenting unit condition with photo records and

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC condensers or similar sub-assemblies preferred.
• Ability to read pipe drawings and BOM for component verification.

Responsibilities

• Assemble condenser sub-assemblies and install defined purchased parts.
• Review pipe drawings for requirements and ensure correct size, fittings and configuration.
• Braze fittings onto copper tubing per specifications and safety requirements.
• Install sub-assemblies into base unit and install suction line filters.
• Leak-test system, log refrigerant type and weight, and document unit condition.
