Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the site’s facility and its operations, providing friendly, enthusiastic service to guests. This entry point offers exposure to a fast-growing industry and a clear path for growth with the team.

Starting pay is $16.00 USD per hour, with both part-time and full-time roles available. Benefits are offered after a 90-day waiting period, plus opportunities for advancement within Tidal Wave Auto Spa.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
