Job summary

KPS Global LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead in Fort Worth to supervise and train team members in a fast-paced production environment. You will ensure production, safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met, while also performing hands-on duties such as assembly and material handling during peak times.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, adherence to lean and 5S principles, and the ability to stand for long periods. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, safety and quality standards.
• Understanding of job flow principles and impact on downstream processes.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, training, counseling, and evaluating performance against production, safety, quality standards.
• Managing team productivity, safety, and efficiency; communicating objectives status to the team.
• Performing duties in the assigned area including assembly, machine operation, and material handling.
• Root cause analysis to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Inspecting products for conformance to quality and customer requirements.
• Completing and maintaining all related paperwork (checklists, blueprints, barcoding, shipping materials).
• Adhering to Quality Management System and Safety Management System policies, and 5S housekeeping.
