Team Leads lead by example, act proactively to ensure smooth team operations, and ensure effective collaboration within the team.

• Training and coaching of associates to include manufacturing practices, quality practices, and safety procedures.

• Perform appropriate preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and order work area.
• Understand procedure for ordering metal, location of parts, and contacts for order notification.
• Sets the example for proper use of all safety equipment and apparel.
• Have a working understanding of all basic safety procedures.
