Job summary

Trelleborg Salisbury in Salisbury, NC is seeking a hands-on Shift Lead to supervise the production and maintenance team on the shop floor. This role requires active leadership to keep work on plan, ensure quality, and meet output targets.

You will coordinate on-site activities, enforce safety and environmental standards, and provide administrative support to the shift team while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must supervise and coordinate shift activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure production meets quality, quantity, and timing targets.
