Exegistics Inc in Euless, TX is seeking a seasoned supervisor for Sunday-Thursday night shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM). The role pays $33.97 per hour and requires strong leadership in a manufacturing environment, with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities include pulling and analyzing operator performance reports, tracking efficiency, utilization, and production KPIs, and delivering clear, data-driven insights to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience required.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Experience monitoring and reporting on employee efficiency, utilization, production metrics and KPIs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; testing may be involved.
• Comfort pulling and analyzing operator performance reports; efficiency/utilization tracking is key.
