Ezetop LLC in Vermont is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to coordinate employee activities and material flow to meet production schedules on the current shift, while maintaining safe operations.

You will train staff, ensure adherence to work instructions and ISO procedures, support inventory accuracy, and provide back-up to the supervisor as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Qualificações

• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate others.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employee activities and material movement to meet production schedule.
• Ensure communication/information flow between departments and shifts.
• Provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and complete forms/reports.
• Work with key individuals to ensure compliance to Quality standards and ISO procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventories, administrative tasks, and reporting accuracy.
• Provide back up to supervisor as needed.
• Assist in development of employee goals and input on performance evaluations.
• Assist employees with tasks and breaks as needed.
• Maintain safe, professional, and cooperative interactions with co-workers.
• Maintain good attendance and flexibility to changing business needs.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Meet minimum physical/mental requirements with or without accommodation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites/Minimum Qualifications:

One-year certificate from college or technical school or combination of education & experience; previous similar experience; previous or demonstrated proficiency at assembly or similar manufacturing work; demonstrated leadership and organizational skills and effective/supportive communication; must be self-motivated and able to train and motivate others.
