Qualifikationen

• Monitor productivity, quality, and process compliance, taking proactive action to remove obstacles and improve operational performance.
• Partner with supervisors, support teams, and employees to drive engagement, teamwork, 5S activities, and a culture of ownership and accountability.

The Impact You’ll Make

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a critical role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing operation. You’ll help create an environment where team members are supported, developed, and empowered to perform at their best.

In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll partner closely with production leaders to solve problems, improve processes, and achieve operational goals. Your ability to coach, mentor, and lead by example will directly influence team performance and customer satisfaction.

You’ll spend time on the production floor helping teams overcome challenges, ensuring standards are met, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
