Job summary

Literacy Delaware seeks a dedicated Team Lead to guide AmeriCorps members in Delaware and the Philadelphia/Wilmington region. You will coordinate professional development, mentor teammates, and oversee testing processes for learners with varying English proficiency.

Experience in program coordination and a passion for literacy advocacy are valued. Program runs 10/01/2026 to 08/30/2027, with a full-time schedule and on-site work in the Delaware area.

• Coordinate pre and post testing for all new and exiting learners.

Job description

Believing that literacy is the great equalizer, Literacy Delaware advances literacy through training, tutoring, English language acquisition, and advocacy for all Delawareans. For nearly 40 years, Literacy Delaware has trained volunteers to tutor adults with low literacy or English language skills.

Member Duties
