Tosca Services, LLC in Riverside, CA is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily production operations on the 3rd shift and drive safety, quality, and throughput. You will lead a shift, communicate priorities, and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining GMP-like standards and a focus on continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in production or manufacturing with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support quality and sanitation programs to ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and Food Safety Management System standards.
• Train and develop team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Maintenance, and other leaders to address operational issues and support site initiatives.

What You'll Do:
