Job summary

Hughes Environmental is seeking a Team Lead to supervise technicians and drive project success across multiple sites. The role covers day-to-day operations, coaching team members, and ensuring complete project ownership from start to finish.

You will coordinate onsite activities, attend meetings, and proactively identify risks while maintaining safety and quality standards. Overnight travel and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

  • Must be mechanically inclined and willing to travel overnight.
  • Experience supervising individuals or groups.
  • Comfortable with high-reach equipment and ducts.
  • Strong customer service and public interaction experience.
  • Good record keeping and basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
  • Professional appearance and able to work independently.
  • Screening: Drug screen, criminal background check, and physical exam.

Job Summary

The Team Lead is responsible for providing supervision, leadership and direction to the company technicians. Training will be provided.

Qualifications – Minimum
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Overnight travel is required and much of the work is done during 2nd or 3rd shift and on weekends
  • Experience working with warehouse setting
  • Must be comfortable working off High Reach Equipment (e.g. lifts) and in enclosed spaces (ducts
  • Experience supervising individuals or groups
  • Must have good customer service skills and experience working with the public
  • Good record keeping and organizations skills. Applicant preferably should have an understanding of computers and computer programs (e.g. Word and Excel)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Must have initiative, a solid work ethic and possess the ability to work independently
