Job Summary

The Team Lead is responsible for providing supervision, leadership and direction to the company technicians. Training will be provided.

Role and Responsibilities

Overnight travel is required and much of the work is done during 2nd or 3rd shift and on weekends

Experience working with warehouse setting

Must be comfortable working off High Reach Equipment (e.g. lifts) and in enclosed spaces (ducts

Experience supervising individuals or groups

Must have good customer service skills and experience working with the public

Good record keeping and organizations skills. Applicant preferably should have an understanding of computers and computer programs (e.g. Word and Excel)

Professional attitude and appearance

Must have initiative, a solid work ethic and possess the ability to work independently
