DICKYS CAR WASH is expanding and has multiple openings for a Team Lead to manage daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service at our Logansport location. You will oversee shift schedules, supervise staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the car wash facilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, effective communication, and the ability to resolve customer issues quickly, while maintaining a friendly and efficient operation in all weather conditions.
