Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Team Lead at a child care center who will inspire children to become lifelong learners. You will oversee classroom instruction, promote social, physical, and intellectual growth, and take a lead on curriculum implementation.

You will communicate with families, mentor new hires, and may assume Director or Assistant Director duties in their absence, ensuring daily care follows licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA (preferred).
• Ability to meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
