Learning Care Group seeks a Team Lead at a Henderson, NV child care center. Promote growth in children, lead curriculum implementation, and partner with families to support achievement.

You will mentor new hires and may act as Director or Assistant Director when needed, ensuring daily care adheres to licensing and company standards. The role emphasizes energetic, dependable individuals with prior licensed childcare experience and a passion for teaching and leadership.

Formación

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility is required or preferred.
• Ability to lead a classroom and implement lesson plans.
• Must meet state licensing and company standards.

• Communicate with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow Teachers in a fun, interactive learning environment.
• Assume Director or Assistant Director duties in absence, including opening/closing.
• Ensure daily care follows licensing guidelines and company standards.

As a Team Lead, you are a:

• Teacher!Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.Classroom instruction is at least 50% of weekly schedule.
• Communicator!Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
• Mentor!Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.
• Leader!Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Expert!Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience in a licensedchildcarefacility, leading a classroom,andimplementing lesson plans.
• College credits towardsEarlyChildhoodEducation orChildDevelopment degree or a CDA, preferred.
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• $15.30-15.90/hr
