Zusammenfassung

Learning Care Group is seeking energetic and dependable Team Leads for our child care centers in Pineneedles, South Carolina. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, lead classroom management, and implement curricula while partnering with families to support each child’s learning journey.

You will mentor new staff, assist with onboarding and training, and may step in for Director or Assistant Director in their absence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Ability to meet state/accreditation requirements.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA preferred.

• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation (50%+ of weekly schedule).
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers, creating engaging learning experiences.
• Assist with duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence and open/close the school.

As a Team Lead, you are a:

• Teacher!Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.Classroom instruction is at least 50% of weekly schedule.
• Communicator!Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
• Mentor!Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.
• Leader!Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Expert!Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience in a licensedchildcarefacility, leading a classroom,andimplementing lesson plans.
