Job summary

Insight in Hanover Park, IL is seeking a Team Lead Distribution to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations onsite and drive production to meet client orders.

You will supervise teammates, coordinate with forklift operators and techs, monitor daily volumes, and ensure effective communication with management. This role offers growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Location: Hanover Park, IL office (fully onsite).

Responsibilities

• Direct teammates and manage day‑to‑day operations to meet production levels.
• Coordinate warehouse associates, forklift operators, and techs within the Integration Services center.
• Ensure client orders are picked timely to meet client expectations.
• Monitor and document daily volume of lab units in departmental records.
• Effectively utilize a variety of communication tools to ensure key issues are communicated to teammates and management.
• Provide support in organizing and facilitating department or company meetings.
• Assume supervisor's role during supervisor absence.
• Proactively take accountability for getting things done and driving tasks through to completion.
• Be ambitious: pursue continuous growth and opportunities for upskilling and promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Some supervisory experience.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and employees.
