D&H Distributing in Whiteland, IN is hiring for an onsite role focused on distribution operations. You will support supervisors and co-owners, using WMS and RF equipment to keep processes flowing and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities emphasize teamwork, safety, and cross-training, with overtime and weekend requirements as needed to support our growing, employee‑owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse or Distribution Center experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and scanner equipment.
• Strong organizational and research skills.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible with schedule.

This is an onsite role based in Whiteland, IN.

Working Hours: 1st and 2nd shift available, Overtime (planned and unplanned), Weekends, Holidays, trainings as required.

Summary

Assists Supervisors in directing co‑owners in the daily operation of the department. To keep any work that needs to be done flowing through the processes needed to get the work done at an acceptable time. To work next to your peers, as a resource for answering questions and helping to lead them to the correct conclusion and our process. To show true leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Use the computer system, WMS, including RF equipment.
• Operate in a safe, neat and orderly manner.
• Maintain good attendance and dependability.

• Keep work area neat, clean and hazard free.
• Work in other areas as needed for cross training and/or workload.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Sit with upper management and work with new ideas to come up with possible ideas for your area of responsibilities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and research skills.
• Willing to work overtime as needed and be flexible with schedule.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual is a plus.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or Distribution Center experience.
