Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Team Lead to coordinate personnel, equipment, and inventory in our Columbus, OH operations. You will lead associates to hit daily productivity and quality targets while upholding safety and procedures.

Responsibilities include driving Lean and 5S initiatives and communicating with management on production updates and issues. A high school diploma and relevant warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
