Covenant Logistics in Grand Prairie, TX is looking for a working lead to supervise day-to-day warehouse operations. You will manage workloads, monitor performance, and ensure production goals meet customer requirements, while modeling safety and quality.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, providing guidance and training, developing work instructions, and facilitating clear communication between management and staff to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED Equivalency.
• 2+ years' experience in a leadership role.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Job description

This position leads, monitors, and supervises the day-to-day activities of a functional group in a designated work area. This is a working lead position which means you must be able to perform the position responsibilities while working within the assigned labor group.
