Job summary

• Clear verbal and written communication with team members and management.
• Dependable attendance and a strong record of performance in the current role.

• Support continuous improvement activity, including scrap, downtime, and cost reduction efforts.
• Communicate shift priorities, changes, and performance results to the team and to the Production Supervisor.
• Perform production work alongside the team as workload requires.

The Role

The Team Lead directs the day-to-day activity of an assigned production team at the MRG facility, keeping output, quality, and safety on target while coaching operators and supporting continuous improvement on the floor. The role works alongside the team it leads and serves as the primary communication link between operators and the Production Supervisor. This position will report to the Production Manager. This role is located on-site at the MRG facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
