Spray-Net Fort Wayne is seeking an experienced team leader for full-time positions focused on managing painting projects. The role requires strong leadership skills to oversee a team, ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Make sure jobs get completed on time and on budget
• Execute on the Spray-Net standards with your team
• Lead and manage a team of up to 6 people
• Manage customer expectations and deliver on our promise
• Schedule jobs and team
• Supervise, support and train crew
• Manage production deadlines
• Make sure job site and trucks look professional
• Learn the Spray-Net way
• Make sure inventory is replenished as needed
• Manage final payment
• Get hands dirty with the team
