Job summary

Spray-Net Suffolk County is seeking a hands-on team member to support painters on residential exterior and cabinet projects in Suffolk & Nassau Counties. You will prepare surfaces, move furniture, mask areas, and help maintain a clean, safe job site while delivering 5-star service.

Daytime and weekend availability is required. A valid driver’s license, a can-do attitude, and pride in your work are essential.

• Complete online and on-site training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist painter to ensure projects are completed correctly and on time.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and cabinets: move furniture, clean, mask, remove doors or hardware.
• For exteriors: move ladders, mask areas, protect landscaping, clean, sand, and pressure wash as needed.
• Maintain a clean workspace, lift heavy equipment, and present a professional appearance.
• Keep equipment in top shape and manage inventory.
• Keep job site and trucks looking professional.
• Learn the Spray-Net way and contribute to client satisfaction.

Job Description

• Assist painter to make sure projects are completed correctly and on time
• Prepare surfaces for painting. For cabinets: moving furniture and appliances (if necessary); cleaning, taping and masking the work area, removing cabinet doors, drawers and hardware. For exteriors: moving heavy ladders, working on ladders, masking windows, soffits, fascia, gutters, doors, etc, protecting customer's landscaping and gardens; and cleaning, sanding, and pressure washing as needed
• Maintaining a clean workspace, lifting heavy equipment, maintaining a professional appearance, treating clients homes with respect.
• Make sure equipment stays in top shape and maintaining inventory
• Make sure job site and trucks look professional
