Job summary

Spray-Net Douglas County is looking for a hands-on crew supervisor in Colorado to lead a painting and spray team. You will ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets while upholding Spray-Net standards on every site.

You will manage up to six crew members, train, coordinate, and communicate with customers to deliver outstanding service. Evening and weekend availability is required, and a clean driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in painting & spray application.
• Language: English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Complete online and on-site training program.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Independent & self-motivated.
• Organized.
• Conflict management skills.
• Strong leadership to manage a team.
