Job summary

Spray-Net Douglas County is seeking a seasonal production manager to oversee multiple painting teams in a fast-paced renovation environment. You will motivate crews, ensure on-time, on-budget execution, maintain professionalism, and keep customers satisfied while coaching and supporting the team on-site and remotely.

Daytime, evening and weekend availability is required. The role includes a base compensation structure with performance-based pay, a company vehicle, gas card, and devices.

Qualifications

• Substantial knowledge of Spray-Net services, products and standards.
• Ability to create a production plan.
• 2+ years of painting experience.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Experience in customer service.
