Vylor, Inc. in Doniphan, NE is seeking a Team Lead to supervise production staff and coordinate resources to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations on site.

You will monitor product quality, manage inventory, and support seasonal production while partnering with leadership on workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is 100% on-site with relocation assistance available and visa sponsorship not offered.

As a Team Lead, you will oversee a staff of production employees and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure safe and smooth operations. You will communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, support seasonal production activities, monitor product quality and inventory, and ensure adherence to established standards and quality plans.
