Job summary

Vylor, Inc., located in Doniphan, NE, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support manufacturing plant and field operations on-site. You will handle front desk reception, guest welcome, and key administrative duties including accounts payable/receivable, payroll reporting, data entry, and records management.

You will collaborate with production, agronomy, and external partners, maintain documentation for quality and training programs, and contribute to continuous improvement in safety,

  • Assist with contract administration duties and office purchasing needs.
  • Support records management for quality programs and training.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing plant and field operations by ensuring daily administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will provide front office reception support, collaborate with production, agronomy, and external partners, and manage essential administrative functions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll reporting, data entry, document control, and records management.
