Working Lead – Tire Warehouse

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring a Working Lead for our tire warehouse operation!

This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll work alongside the crew while helping lead daily loading and unloading operations.

Production-Based Pay + Daily Lead Bonus

Your pay is based on production, with an additional daily bonus for serving as the Working Lead.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the team loading and unloading tires


• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities


• Assign work and monitor production


• Train and coach team members


• Maintain a safe, organized work environment


• Track attendance and performance


• Communicate operational issues to management

Qualifications

• Warehouse, loading/unloading, or leadership experience preferred
