The Machine Operator will load steel into the uncoiler, operate machines such as benders, welders, and seamers, perform minor repairs on machinery, inspect parts for quality, operate a forklift, and maintain a clean and organized work area according to the 5S system.

The Machine Operator will load steel into the uncoiler, operate machines such as benders, welders, and seamers, perform minor repairs on machinery, inspect parts for quality, operate a forklift, and maintain a clean and organized work area according to the 5S system.
Job Responsibilities

• Load steel Into the uncoiler, ensuring proper positioning and alignment.
• Operate machinery such as benders, welders, and seamers, following prescribed procedures to meet production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Inspect parts produced by the machinery, comparing them to established standards to verify quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to the 5S system, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
