Job summary

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a Weekend Team Lead to support operations across multiple facilities in the Pittsburgh area. This role offers leadership experience, additional income on weekends, and a path toward management.

The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with local travel between buildings. You will supervise janitorial teams, perform quality checks, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Supporting operations across multiple facilities
• Leading and assisting janitorial teams as needed
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met
• Training and coaching team members
• Providing coverage when staffing needs arise
• Tracking labor hours and assisting with operational goals
• Placing weekly supply orders
• Communicating schedule, policy, and procedural updates
• Working closely with the Account Manager
• Identifying opportunities for additional services
• Helping maintain a positive and productive work environment
