Responsibilities

• Supporting operations across multiple facilities.
• Leading and assisting janitorial teams as needed.
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met.
• Training and coaching team members.
• Providing coverage when staffing needs arise.
• Tracking labor hours and assisting with operational goals.
• Placing weekly supply orders.
• Communicating schedule, policy, and procedural updates.
• Working closely with the Account Manager.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
